General Terms of Trade:

No, we won't bore you with all the lawyers written and approved paragraphs and sentences. But we want to emphasize, that we have asked one and that we are following the 'normal' rules of the market.

Brief and short:
We do business only with businesses or companies outside of PR. China, our target market are the European countries.
We quote in US Dollar and FOB.
Delivery follows the rules as per Incoterms 2000.
Packing is free of charge.
We do not accept the return of empty packaging ;-)
Place of jurisdiction and applicable law is Hong Kong.
Claims and complaints are better solved in a gentlemen agreement, before court the only winners are the lawyers.

In general we follow the rule: We are committed to our customer and work hard to offer you our best service, the customer must be committed to his orders and submit requirements, approvals and money in time. And we are same like you: we can't live of promises.
